Hello! I hope that you are getting excited for your move in to your new home! I wanted to send over some details about move in so that you had them well in advance so that key pickup day will be smooth as can be (: -Key pickup will be at our office at NOON on the first day of your lease. We cannot do earlier key pickup time than that. If you are needing to pickup later than 12pm, please let us know ASAP so that we can make sure someone is in office for you at that time. Our office address is 2901 S Wayzata Blvd, Minneapolis MN 55405. -Your full balance must be paid in full before we can hand over keys. This will include Security Deposit, first month’s rent, and any utility fees and pet fees that apply to your unit. Please log in to your tenant portal to confirm those amounts. https://www.thesteppingstonegroup.com/residentportal You can also check the front page of your lease if you have any questions on the amounts. -Please make sure that you set up all of the correct utilities set up under your name. We highly recommend setting these up at least 1 week before move in date so that you can have the proper account / meter number for key pickup since we do require you to bring those with you to get keys. The utilities) you are responsible for setting up are listed on the front page of your lease. -We also ask that the tenant that is picking up keys brings their ID with them as well so please make sure that is not left behind as we cannot give keys unless a Valid ID of a tenant is present. -Renters insurance is also a requirement so please make sure that you have that set up and then all of your policy information added in to AppFolio as well. If this is not done properly please note that the Landlord Liability fees will charge to you.
